Terms of Use

These terms govern the Blitz Chat mobile apps published by TijaraPlus. By signing in you agree to them, and to the TijaraPlus workspace rules set by your organization.

The service

Blitz Chat lets authorized agents access their TijaraPlus inbox on a phone. It requires a valid account on chat.tijarapl.us (or another installation your organization configures). We may update, suspend, or discontinue app features.

Your account

• You must be allowed by your organization to use TijaraPlus
• Keep your login details secret and tell us if you suspect misuse
• You are responsible for messages and actions taken from your account

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to spam, impersonate others, break the law, probe or disrupt the service, or access data you are not permitted to see. Customer conversations you handle remain your organization’s responsibility.

Intellectual property

TijaraPlus and Blitz Chat names, logos, and the app itself are owned by TijaraPlus. You do not get any right to them beyond using the app as provided. Content in conversations belongs to the relevant customers and your organization.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is for business use. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, TijaraPlus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content sent by users.

Apple and Google

If you download the app from the App Store or Google Play, those stores’ standard licensed-application terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or these terms.
