This policy explains how TijaraPlus (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Blitz Chat iOS or Android app. Blitz Chat is a support-agent inbox for businesses that run customer conversations on chat.tijarapl.us.

Who this app is for

Blitz Chat is only for people who already have a TijaraPlus / Blitz Chat agent account. Customers chatting with a business do not need this app. If you do not have an account, do not sign in.

Information we process

• Account data you already have on TijaraPlus: name, email, avatar, role, availability, and the inboxes you can access.
• Conversation content that your team stores in TijaraPlus: messages, attachments, notes, assignments, and related customer records. The app displays and lets you update this content; it does not create a separate copy of your workspace outside your TijaraPlus installation.
• Device data needed to run the app: language, app version, and crash diagnostics if you (or we) enable them.
• Push tokens so we can send a notification when a customer writes. On iOS this uses Apple Push Notification service. On Android this uses Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Permissions you grant — camera, microphone, and photo library — used only when you attach media or record a voice note. We do not access those sensors in the background.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep your session secure
• To show and send customer conversations for your team
• To deliver push notifications you have enabled
• To keep the app working, including security and abuse prevention

We do not sell personal information. We do not use app data to advertise to you. We do not use customer conversations to train public AI models.

Legal bases

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process this information to perform the contract to provide TijaraPlus to your organization, and where needed for legitimate interests such as securing the service. Your organization (the TijaraPlus account owner) is typically the controller of customer conversation data; TijaraPlus processes it to provide the product.

Sharing

We share information only with:

• Your own TijaraPlus teammates, according to inbox permissions
• Infrastructure needed to run the product (hosting, Apple, Google/Firebase for push)
• Authorities if required by law

Retention

Conversation data follows the retention settings of your TijaraPlus workspace. Push tokens are kept while the app is installed and you remain signed in. You can stop notifications in the app or by deleting the app.

Your choices

• Update profile and notification settings in the app
• Ask your workspace admin to change or delete account and conversation data
• Email info@tijarapl.us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you as an agent

Children

Blitz Chat is a business tool. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them as app users.

International transfers

TijaraPlus is operated from servers used to host chat.tijarapl.us. If you access the app from another country, your information is processed in that hosting environment.

Changes

We will post updates on this page. Material changes will also be reflected in the App Store or Google Play listing when required.
